Tonight’s dinner started off with Goat Belly..that’s right, Goat Belly. The actual dinner was six(6) courses of goat at a new restaurant doing a modern take on northern Portuguese/Iberian cuisine called Quinta.
Awesome when there is passionate behind the food.
