Well that was a nice afternoon
An awesome lunch that included a salad w/smoked duck, some steak tartare and great red wine…looking forward to tying up the day in the evening with a chicken ballantine stuffed with wild rice served with roasted root vegetables accompanied by a hopefully good Rasteau.
